So, there is a real need for healthy beverage alternatives in Kakuma.
Andy is seeking to address this need by offering healthy, fresh beverages at a reasonable price. His business will offer a variety of freshly prepared juices and fruits, ensuring high-quality by sourcing fresh fruits daily and preparing all of the juices on-site.
Andy’s Juice Vendor is also located in a very diverse area in Kakuma where the community is growing more aware of the importance of healthy consumption. There is a strong demand for nutritious, fresh beverages and Andy’s business will be well-positioned to fill this need.
The Entrepreneur
Andy is originally from Sudan and has been in the Kakuma Refugee Camp for 11 years. He attended both primary and secondary school in the camp and developed a strong interest in learning, business, and technology. He later earned certificates in software applications and web design, and has experience at various organizations as a teacher, secretary, and treasurer.
